Letrunio Privacy Policy

1. Your puzzles and settings

Letrunio does not require an account. Your language, appearance, music, sound and vibration preferences, unfinished puzzles, found words and completion dates are saved in the app’s private storage. These records let you resume play and view progress. Cloud save is optional. If enabled and you sign in with Google or Apple, Firebase receives puzzle identifiers and found/completed word identifiers, completion dates, your saved-word collection and earned cosmetic badges. Firebase Authentication receives the provider identifier and, when supplied by the provider, email and display name. A name you choose in My account also becomes your account display name. Preferences, age choice, local counters and ad hint entitlements are not part of the cloud save.

The Android app keeps daily totals for play time, sessions, puzzle actions, hints and ad events. Daily records are limited to the most recent 90 days; installation date and total session count are retained separately. Advertising-enabled versions may also record local ad revenue totals by currency and format. Local counters are not copied to cloud saves. Adults can separately opt into Firebase Analytics usage events and Firebase Crashlytics error reports in Settings. Both start disabled; opting out stops new app events and requests deletion of unsent crash reports. Automatic crash upload stays disabled; eligible reports are explicitly submitted after the current permission check. Reports already handed to Firebase cannot be recalled. These services can process app-instance identifiers, device/OS data, game events and crash stack traces. Custom app events exclude email, raw words, search text and the cloud user ID. Content updates are requested from mustafaoguzbaran.com over HTTPS and cached on your device in small packs. The request includes the content channel and cached version; the server receives normal connection details such as the IP address and request path. Downloading content does not require uploading your saved game or signing in. The iOS app stores puzzle hints, its broad age choice and whether the app has launched before; its ad-frequency timers remain in memory for the current session.

2. Advertising services

Advertising-enabled versions use Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google’s advertising SDK collects and shares network address information, interactions, diagnostics and identifiers for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. An IP address can indicate approximate location. Depending on the platform, identifiers can include the Android advertising ID or app set ID, or iOS device/app identifiers. On iOS, access to the IDFA and cross-app tracking require permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. Letrunio disables Google’s publisher first-party ID on iOS. The SDK uses encrypted connections.

3. Your advertising choices

The app checks privacy requirements before requesting ads. Where required and available, Google’s privacy message asks for your choices. You can reopen eligible choices in Settings / Privacy choices. Available options and ads depend on your region, choices and service configuration. Declining personalized ads may still allow limited or non-personalized ads.

Choosing a rewarded video is separate from giving privacy consent. Offline puzzles and free hints do not require watching a rewarded video. Android also provides advertising ID controls in device settings. On iOS, you can manage tracking in Settings / Privacy & Security / Tracking. Declining tracking does not block puzzles or free hints. Without tracking permission, the app requests non-personalized treatment when Google’s regional consent requirements allow ads.

4. Retention and deletion

Saved progress and preferences remain until you clear Letrunio’s app data or uninstall the app. Clear storage through Android’s app settings; the wording varies by device. This removes local progress and preferences. Letrunio excludes its app data from Android backup. On iOS, deleting the app removes its local data; offloading it retains documents and data. iOS device backups may include app data depending on your Apple backup settings. Signing out leaves local play available. Uninstalling does not delete the optional cloud account. In My account / Delete cloud account, confirm a recent provider sign-in to request account and cloud-save deletion. Local progress is retained. Background deletion may take time; check its status in the app. Retry receipts are retained up to 90 days; a completed deletion status receipt is retained for up to 7 days without the player identifier. A hashed deletion fence is kept until deletion completes and for 24 hours afterward to stop delayed writes. A deletion request can also be started through the account deletion request.

Clearing local data does not delete information already handled by advertising providers. Their retention periods and deletion controls are governed by their own policies. The local 90-day counter limit does not apply to Google’s records.

5. Contact and support

If you email the contact address, your email address, message and any attachments are received as email correspondence. This is separate from the app: there is no automatic transfer of your saved game with a support request. Avoid sending passwords, payment information or unnecessary personal details.

Support correspondence is retained in the support mailbox, separately from local app data. You may ask for deletion of correspondence at the same address; legal obligations or an unresolved request may affect what can be removed. For the optional cloud account, use the in-app deletion flow or contact support for help verifying ownership. A support email does not automatically attach your local save. Firebase and advertising providers process data separately; account deletion is not a blanket deletion of their independently retained service records.

6. Children and family privacy

Letrunio is intended for players aged 13 and over. Before advertising can start, Android asks for a broad age group: under 13, 13–17, or 18 and over. iOS offers under 18, 18 and over, or prefer not to say. There is no preselected answer. The choice is stored in private device storage, is not uploaded to a developer server, and can be changed in Settings / Age group. We do not ask for a date of birth. Optional provider sign-in may supply a display name. With an unknown or under-18 age group, the app does not start advertising or consent requests; puzzles and free hints remain available. Changing to an under-18 group stops further ad requests and discards cached ads; it does not erase information previously processed by Google. For adults, Google’s regional privacy requirements are checked before advertising starts. A parent or guardian may contact the address above without including unnecessary information about a child.

7. This website and service providers

This website offers optional Google Analytics separately from the app’s analytics setting. Analytics loads only after you accept it; declining leaves the analytics script unloaded. Your website choice is saved in browser local storage. If accepted, Google Analytics processes website visits, interactions and technical browser/device information and may use cookies. This page has no advertising scripts or account form. Hosting providers receive connection information such as an IP address and request details and may keep operational or security logs. Opening an external link or sending email is subject to the relevant provider’s practices.

Firebase, advertising and email providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy policies explain processing locations and applicable safeguards. Google’s policy is linked above.

8. Requests, security and changes

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy authority. Contact the address above for developer-held information; use Google’s controls for information Google manages. Local progress is managed on your device.

Saved game data uses the operating system’s private app storage. On iOS, the save file is protected until the device has been unlocked after startup and is written atomically. No storage or transmission method is guaranteed completely secure. We will update this page and its date when the described practices change.
