iPhone and iPad privacy policy
Updated September 29, 2026. This section describes Junk Removal Calculator for iOS and iPadOS, including test versions. The Android section below applies to the Android app. Developer and contact: Mustafa Oğuz Baran, mustafaoguzbaran@icloud.com.
Local quotes and sharing
The app needs no account. Quotes, drafts and business settings are stored in the app’s private device storage, without a developer-operated backend or cloud sync. Quote history retains up to 100 entries. The business-data file is excluded from device backups and uses iOS file protection and atomic writes. We cannot remotely retrieve your quotes.
You can delete individual quotes in History. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading the app keeps its documents and data. The app has no cloud recovery service. Sharing happens only when you choose Share and a destination in the system share sheet. The customer summary omits internal costs and profit. The destination you choose handles the shared text under its own policies.
Advertising and privacy choices
The iOS app integrates Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). When advertising is enabled and Google permits an ad request, a shared banner may appear on the main New Quote, load, costs, result, History and Settings screens. No interstitial, rewarded or app-open ads are used. The banner is hidden while the keyboard or app-managed dialogs and sheets are open, on the in-app privacy screen, and while the app is inactive. Core calculations continue without an internet connection or available ad.
When advertising is enabled, the app may ask for Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission after applicable regional privacy choices. If you allow tracking and your regional choices permit it, Google may use the device advertising identifier and other permitted information to personalize ads. If you decline Apple’s permission, the app requests non-personalized ads. Publisher first-party ID remains disabled. Non-personalized does not mean no data processing: Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP, device or app identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic/performance data for ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. Google’s European consent message may also describe possible precise-geolocation processing by its partners; this app does not request iOS location permission or add GPS coordinates to ad requests. Quote contents, amounts and business settings are not added to ad requests.
Before ads start, the app refreshes UMP privacy requirements. Regional choices are shown when required and available. Settings offers Manage privacy choices when the SDK requires access to its form. If an update fails, the app uses the SDK’s request eligibility; it skips ads when the SDK does not permit a request. Apple’s tracking permission and regional choices are separate. You can change Apple’s permission in iOS Settings and withdraw available regional choices in the app. Ads and privacy forms can be unavailable. Refusing a choice does not lock quoting features.
Optional usage analytics
Firebase Analytics is off by default and initializes only after you turn on Share usage analytics in Settings. The app sends four feature events: quote calculated, quote saved, quote reused and settings saved. These custom events contain no parameters. Google may also process SDK-generated lifecycle/session information, app version, device details, an app-instance identifier and approximate region derived from IP. This is not a promise of anonymous data.
The iOS app disables automatic screen reporting, IDFV collection and Analytics advertising storage/user-data/personalization consent. It never sends quote amounts, costs, profit, business settings, contacts or free-form text as custom analytics data and does not set a custom user ID. Turning analytics off stops further collection and resets local Analytics instance data; it does not erase information already retained by Google.
Retention, support and your choices
Local business data remains until deleted, replaced by the bounded history, or removed with the app. Google controls retention of advertising and analytics information under its policies. Removing local data does not remove previously processed provider data. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google partner sites notice. Providers may process data outside your country.
Contacting support sends your email address, message and any attachments through your email provider to the developer’s support mailbox. The app does not automatically attach quotes or device logs. Do not send passwords, payment information or unnecessary private documents. You can request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable retention obligations; we cannot delete local quotes from your device remotely.
This is a business utility, not an app directed to children. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of personal information and withdraw consent. Contact the developer for information held by the developer and use Google’s controls for provider-held information. No storage or transmission method is guaranteed completely secure. We will update this page when these practices change.

Privacy Policy
Overview
Junk Removal Calculator (“the App”) helps junk removal and hauling operators estimate job costs, profit and recommended quote prices. The App does not require an account and does not send your quote content or business settings to a developer-operated server.
Information stored on your device
Quote history, business settings, load-tier prices, currency and unit preferences are stored locally using Android device storage. You can delete individual saved quotes in the App. Clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling it removes locally stored App data. We do not receive this local content.
Advertising, analytics and consent
The App uses Google Mobile Ads SDK to display banner and interstitial advertisements and Google’s User Messaging Platform to collect or manage consent where required. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics and approximate location derived from IP, subject to your consent choices and applicable law.
You can review or change available advertising privacy choices from the App’s Settings screen. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and Google’s partner sites notice.
The App also offers optional Firebase Analytics. Analytics is disabled by default and starts only if you allow it in the App. When enabled, it measures app lifecycle events, screens and core feature use together with app version, general device information, app-instance identifiers and approximate region derived from IP. Analytics advertising-ID collection is disabled. We do not send quote amounts, costs, business settings, quote history, contact details or free-form text, and we do not set an account or custom user ID. You can withdraw this permission in Settings; collection then stops and local Analytics instance data is reset.
Permissions and network access
Internet and network-state access are used for advertising, consent messages, optional Firebase Analytics and related Google services. Core quote calculation, settings and history work offline. The App does not use maps, payments, cloud sync, authentication or a developer-operated API.
Retention, security and your choices
Local App data remains on your device until you delete it, clear App storage or uninstall the App. Advertising data is retained by Google and its partners under their own policies. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but the App minimizes data collection by keeping quote content local. Optional Analytics data is retained by Google under its applicable service policies.
Children
The App is a business utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a developer-operated service.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the App or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised. For privacy questions or deletion requests, email mustafaoguzbaran@icloud.com.
